We're Emmett and Rebecca. A husband and wife duo who decided to pursue a dream and start Smokin' Blue BBQ. 

​

Emmett grew up in a family that shared a hobby for smoking meat. As he got older, he slowly made his family's hobby one of his own. He has a passion for cooking and loves putting his own spin on our midwestern BBQ.

Rebecca grew up in a family of small-business owners. While working for her parent's kettle corn company, she learned what it takes to not just produce a good product, but also how to run a customer-centered business.

Putting these two backgrounds together makes us one dynamic duo! Our mission is to give you the best tasting BBQ, using the traditional method of real wood in our smokers.
